Which z77 based mobo + cpu for AMD 7950 Crossfire?

Hi folks!
I'm trying to get optimal performance from my two 7950 gpus and I'm not sure what I should buy. Many have said that AsRock z77 extreme4 is good mobo but I'm not sure about it's dual /x8 speeds. And which processor would suit best for my rig? 3570k/ 2500k/2600k/3770k? And btw I'm going to overclock the processor over 4 Ghz.

My second option would be x79 based GA-X79-UD3 and 3820 processor which would cost me almost the same as the z77 based mobo and 3570k/2500k/2600k/3770k. Gigabytes motherboard supports full x16 speed but I've read that it isn't the best mobo you can get.

So which or what solution would you choose?

P.S you can see my full rig on my profile page

the difference between x4/x8/x16 is very slim. less than a frame in most cases. So get the asrock extreme 4 as it doesnt matter a big deal. Also the cpu depends on WHAT youre trying to do. If you edit anything (video,photo,3d) get a i7. If just gaming get an i5 3570k as you only want to get to 4.0ghz so the heat problem a lot complain about wont matter much. also you will need a aftermarket cooler if you have not though about that. a 3rd thing is none of those cpus will bottle neck.
