So hi guys

I'm gonna help one of my friends build a rig.
We've decided to get the corsair h100 cooler.

but we need to find a case.
We want a case with a large sidewindow.
It also needs to house the cooler in a push-pull config.

What's the best case for that?

budget is around the price of the HAF X...
the 810 is kinda pricey...

They did not request that info. Your post is about as helpful as sitting yourself into a large ant hill. They want a H100. It will perform just as well if not better than many coolers out there. and any air cooler with a push/pull setup will be just as loud as the H100. The H100 is a great cooler and as long as your ambients are not through the roof you will be very happy with its performance.
