Mountain Mod H2Go Problem with I/O shield.

Has anyone had any problems installing an I/O Shield on a Mountain mod case? When the I/O Shield is installed in the cutout for it, I can't install the I/O Bracket which came with the case.

I originally thought the motherboard tray got installed upside down. Then I flipped it and realized I it could not be installed upside down and works only one way.

If you see the second pic, the I/O bracket seems to budge right up against the audio connector on the motherboard. Does anyone know of a fix or have a suggestion?

Case is a Mound Mods H2GO and the motherboard is a Gigabyte G1.Sniper M3 Z77

Your i/o plate does behind the bracket. As your board goes against it, so i/o shield goes first then the board snugs against it. Looks like either the wrong tray or you mounted the board incorrectly. Or perhaps you bought the wrong tray. Thanks

I know the shield installs from the back of the bracket, but as I go to put it on, the port holes for the female connectors are just a little too low causing there to be an excess amount of tension on the i/o panel itself.

I've gotten it connected, but the i/o plate is bowed outward by a noticeable bit and the screws to attach the plate went in on an angle.

I read other complaints about MM cases. Such as the screw holes for the gpus not lining up correctly, etc. Perhaps call them and explain the issue at hand. As these cases aren't cheap. And I would expect a little better quality control on a product. Don't get me wrong every company has their issues at hand. But I bet they will help you fix the issue with it. Thanks

Mountain mods emailed me this afternoon and gave me some tips on how to get the little bit of adjustment I needed. Everything fits perfect now and I have to give a big big thumbs up to MM customer service.
