Ok, so I just bought a Viewsonic VX2450wm-LED monitor locally on craigslist. The specs can be seen on the following Amazon link:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B003Y3BJ7S
Now I bought the monitor for $50, and it works flawlessly. However, I made a really rookie mistake, and forgot to check the specs before I bought it. The monitor has no HDMI port.
I'm mainly going to use the monitor for work, but I also bought a 360 because I was planning on gaming here and there on the monitor also. The only way I can seemingly do this is by using a DVI to HDMI adapter.
I have no experience in these adapters. Has anyone used them? Does the picture quality suffer? Any other drawbacks I should know about?
Thanks.
