Now lets get crazy and shift over the movement keys to esdf (counting 123456qwrtyasghzxcvb) 20x3 for 60 binds. Now toss in a five button mouse to the mix as well. We got scroll up + scroll down + middle mouse button + thumb 1 + thumb 2. Now take that number of usable keys 5x3 (for modifiers) and you have another 15 binds.
Break down
+WASD = 48 keyboard binds + 15 mouse binds = 63 total binds
+ESDF = 60 keyboard binds + 15 mouse binds = 75 total binds
Now that you have that do you really need a mouse with an extra 10 keys or 30 binds. I am not sure what mmo would require that many binds even with every macro you can possibly think of.
I personally think a good 5 button mouse like the Zowie AM (40-60$) or the Logitech g400 (35-50$) are a much better deal and will serve you much better. Also, no prediction

(to be fair I have not taken a look at what sensor they are using for this mouse)

What if your left hand (on the keyboard) is already in use? One click from the other hand (on the mouse)) using a macro can allow more function in games. It is not how many buttons you have, it is whether or not a mouse can assist you in eliminating keyboard strokes.

You are BARGAIN shopper, looking for a deal, while others are looking for functionality at any cost.
