I am really sorry about that.
I received 20 pcs x Potalion monitor with perfect pixel from manufactor.
My staff checked all monitor.
But all monitor didn't passed strict test.
All have 1 dead pixel or problem of pannel.

Our rule is more strict than other sellers.
Other sellers regards black dot as normal.
But, we regard black dot as "defect".
So, lot of monitor are not passed test.

So, I am embarrassed.
Now, I tried find new monitor with perfect pixel from other distributer.
But, Potalion monitor with perfect pixel will be in stock in Late Aug.


1)If you wait for restock.
I will send monitor when in restock.
and as my apology, I will issue refund USD20 from your total sum amount.

OR


2) If you want to change other monitor with perfect pixel,
I will send other monitor.
I will issue difference and and as my apology, I will issue refund USD20 from your total sum amount.
(We have 2 monitors with perfect pixel)

2. Qunix (Item number: 130736613369)


3)If you want to refund,
I will refund all money at once.


I am again sorry for whole situation.
