download both and see which one you like more. I use MSi since I have an MSi, nice feature set though (fan control, voltage control, temp and framerate monitor, video capture, screenshots, and OC)

Edit: the custom fan management in Afterburner is also a great feature to have, and I don't think evga has anything similar.

yeah, precisionx has fan management. i used ab with my old 5850. ive been using prec-x with my new 670 though. no problems.
