The only thing I like about newegg is the wicked fast shipping. Customer service on the other hand blows big time these days. They are starting to treat customers like a POS. Amazon has NEVER turned me down but newegg on the other hand has

 

Asus is another garbage company who treats customers like they are trash. Asus and newegg should go in business together since they both lie and treat customers like a pile of garbage

I stopped choosing Newegg when they shot their prices up and the shipping.

The Newegg warehouse is 40min away from me, so if anything like THIS happened, I'd give 'em HELL in person >:-P

I take you haven't been there before. They have a front pickup office, where you can get support in-person... I'm not gonna literally go inside the warehouse, lol
