Ok, sorry every bios is different and im trying to think off my head.
er... there should be an 'advanced' tab, go to that tab then there are options below that.

is there anything like CPU configuration or something like that?
Then you should see FSB hopefully, or something similar, the value should be on automatic, set to manual and it might have a value of 200.
Raise that 200 to say, 205 then save and exit then boot back into your operation system and load up something like CPU-Z and check if your overclocked, unless it tells you your chips speed in bios, some do.

front side bus, you raise it and it raises your cpu speed and memory speed together, that's why some people put dividers on, because usually the cpu can be pushed more than the ram so people don't want a 1/1 obviously.
