Planning to upgrade the CPU

Thread Starter
So basically a friend of mine is making a computer just for gaming and he wants to buy my current CPU.
Now I could sell him mine and get the a new 3770k myself.

But I don't really know bow big of an upgrade it would be for me.
I know the upgrade is a bit "meh" but I can't seem to find a good benchmark out there.
So what to you guys think. Sell the 2600k and get a 3770k
Or keep the 2600k and look for another one

i don't see the one you want but i do see the 1 you want to sell so i would say sell yours and save up for the 3930k don't get a Xeon for gaming no good
but you will see improvement with the 3770k over the one you have but you wont be happy with it yours is good enough just buy another one like it for your friend save money and call it a day
