Im trying liqued cool my thermaltake chaser MK-I, and I'm not sure what size rad will fit? Newegg says 240mm, but it looks like much more can be installed.

to see what i mean pause this video at 5:20

the guy is installing an h100 which has a 240mm rad, and it takes up little space. I currently have 2 x 200mm fans in the top, which cover 400mm in length. So can i install a 360mm radiator?

You could put a 360mm rad up there. The only issue you might have it mounting it sense it looks like a 360mm rad would hang into the second fan hole, but mounting it like they mounted the H100 should provide enough support.

As long as you have the lenght you're goodeven if you can't mount it you can always drill new holes.
I would worry so much about the lenght of the case but it's height.
It's not uncommon that a radiator doesn't fit because there isn't enough space between your mobo and the top of the case.
You should measure the distance the top of the case and the top of the memory slots.
If it's more then the thickness of your rad then go for it ;-)

I've been wondering the same.. may go pick one up today and give it a go, I can get back to you.. idk when this thread was made but i think the only reason for not using a 360mm is because it will stretch forward into the top disk drive bay.. but i plan on removing mine and making the space.. may have to drill more holes in the front top for mounting. when all done ill try and post pics :)

just successfully installed 360mm in chaser mk1

got the TT floe ring 360mm installed. fits in top where original 200mm fans go.NO DRILLING, CENTERED and STRAIGHT!! YEEHAW!

just remove if you have any, disk drives from the top 3.25 bay. and make sure you'll clear anything protruding on your motherboard.. i came close with my X370 gaming pro carbon. there's a heat sink near the top of the board that just barely clears.. probably 1 mm between the rear 120mm fan housing.

anyhaw.. new to this forum thing just thought id say it is easily possible with my setup. id post pics but don't know how.
