No games currently make use of HT so the I7 is overkill, you could put an I5 3570K on that board, save some money and maybe get a better GPU, the most important thing in a gaming build.

I would look at ivy bridge instead if you want the latest series of Intel CPU's. The hour is a buy slow compared to the current gtx 670. Everything else looks great!

i found the Intel Core i7-3770 Ivy Bridge but not the i7-3770k, is there even a i770k? and can i overclock just the i7-3770 if i wanted? or does it have to be the "k" addition?

You need the unlocked K version to be able to overclock, non K versions have the multiplier locked.

If it's just a gaming rig you don't need an i7. An i5 (2500k unless want things ivy bridge bring) will do just fine and save some money for upgrading the video card to a 670!

Don't trust that 750gx psu. They aren't very good.
http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story5&reid=188

Get something like these. They aren't much more and offer better reliability.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139021&Tpk=tx750
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817116015&Tpk=nzxt%20hale82%20750

And you could look at a better cooler like a hyper 212 + or evo for around the same price. Just check that your case would fit them.
