I think one pump should be good. I am cooling the same amount of equipment (except for the motherboard) and I only run my pump on #3. I would change your loop order (assuming that you don't have to drop tubing size for motherboard) to res/pump,motherboard, cpu, gpu1, gpu2, rx360, rx120, res. I know that loop order isn't supposed to matter (except for res to pump) but as I am using 480sli I did not want my other components to be exposed to the heat from those two fire breathing dragons so I put them last in the loop before going to the radiators so the heat can be removed before going to the other components.
