Hey everyone,

Quick Question, i own a TxNr609 Onkyo Amp that has 4k upscaling. i was wondering if i plug my PC into the AMP instead of just optical, will it improve my picture in games and movies ?

Your monitor will not display 4K resolution so the upscaling will have no effect. 4K upscaling is only going to take an original input signal and provide a mathematical guess of what extra pixels it should add to make the picture larger. It won't do anything to improve the picture quality for your computer monitor.
