Lowering it would not be accept.

My CPU sits @ 20% usage and my GPU @ 30-40% usage. No bottleneck, nothing is being maxed.

It ran better about 10 builds ago, where I could get 70FPS nearly constantly, with dips down to 55FPS at times.

However, despite them claiming performance is a priority, somehow it's gone down each patch for a while now.
