Windows doing crazy stuff with my hdd

Alright so i have a C drive that's 3.6TB but mostly has only windows on it but randomly the drive will show up with only 13gs of space remaining which is impossible since i have only windows and a couple other small programs installed. To get the "4Tb" drive i have 4 2tb seagate enterprise drives in RAID 1+0 (LSI 9260-4I Raid Card) one of them was faulty so we replaced that one with a new one thinking that was the problem but it's still doing it. I'm stumped i tried a bunch of different thing chk disc, reg cleaners, defrags and nothing worked i'm at a complete and utter loss on what to do.

so if anyone has had similar problems or just info on this it would be of great help

If all three drives are identical and manufactured at the same time,....and one is faulty. Chances are very high the others will become faulty very soon.

Since you have a card for RAID, it very well could be a driver problem or a firmware problem. So, may i ask are you using the latest drivers and firmware?

Also, are the drives not NTFS? Your can't have a NTFS partition above 2 TB or Windows freaks out.

I do have latest drivers but firmware needs to be updated

the drives are brand new from seagate one of them was DOA and had to be replaced

and the drives are configures as a GPBT mode i think can't remember what its called

I'm about to redo the raid update the firmware and split the drives in 2 partitions which should hopefully fix the problem

i know its been a while but i haven't had a chance to touch the computer since yesterday. still having problems

I updated the firmware to newest version. that didn't help so i decided to kill the raid as a support guy from LSI told me to do he said to
partition the RAID 10 into 2 2tb on the card itself which i did i thought maybe Windows was having problems booting up in GPBT mode
but the problem is still there so im gonna assume its most likely the raid card screwing up this is really pissing me off this system is for a
brand new client of mine and he spent almost 13k on it if switching the card doesn't work i have no clue what to do

if anyone has encountered this kind of problem before please any info would be awesome

EDIT: forgot to mention drives got allot slower when i re did the raid heres a pic

the c drive only has windows/drivers and passmark performance test that's about it
