If you buy the motherboard from microcenter, don't get that pro4. You can get a gigabyte z77x-ud3h for the same price with the 3570K discount and it's a huge upgrade. If you get a switch 810 you don't need to stay mATX, but if you want to asrocks extreme4-m is what I would go with in that price range.
For SSDs, there are a lot of sales lately, so if you wait you can probably pick up a 128 GB samsung 830 or crucial m4 for under $100. Those are some of the better ones, but an SSD is an SSD, so no matter which one you get you'll be happy when comparing it to a hard drive. Just make sure to get one that's reliable.
You don't need a 1000W psu unless you get a second 690. I'd stick to 750W psu, maybe an 850W if you want a lot of extra insurance.
One of many hard drives I would recommend: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148840
The samsung super ram will save you a few bucks and probably overclock better
http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0380720
What kind of grip style do you want for your mouse? The cm storm is a good one and it's on the cheaper side.

Logitech also makes a lot of good mice.

I'm not convinced that dropping 1K on a gpu is the best use of your budget........... IMHO only...............
I know a lot of people say spend the most you can afford on the latest and best video card you can buy. However I'm anti-that sentiment. Truthfully, if I had your budget I'd be putting twin AMD 7950s in there and put that extra $200 to $300 dollars into your motherboard, larger SSD and more memory. Just sayin'
I know that it's your wish list and your money, but if I were building here would be my recommendation;
MOTHERBOARD: MSI Z77A-G45 - $149.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130645
CPU: Core i5 3570K - $190
http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0388577
GPU: MSI R7950 TWIN FROZR x2 CROSSFIRE - $759.98
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127667
RAM: G.SKILL RIPJAWS 4X4Gb - $94.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231429
Monitors: Acer S232HL ABID 23 - $360
http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0390776
SDD: CRUCIAL M4 128Gb SSD - $124.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148529
HDD: SAMSUNG SPINPOINT 1Tb - $79.99 (regular $109.99 but use coupon code SAMSHD619 for $30 in instant savings)
POWER SUPPLY: PC POWER&COOLING SILENCER MKII 950W - $127.49 (regular $149.99 but use coupon code PCPJun15OFF for $22.50 in instant savings plus $20.00 mail in rebate card available)
MOUSE: RAZER DEATHADDER - $49.97
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826153072
KEYBOARD: MICROSOFT SIDEWINDER X4 - $47.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823109191
BLURAY / DVD / CD BURNER: ASUS BLACK - $89.99 (before $20 mail in rebate card)
TOTAL: $2075.38 and that is buying all new parts
You could drop back to just a regular DVD/CD Burner and 8Gb of memory to make up the $75 dollar over budget difference if you really needed to.
On the subject of SSD capacity - you will quickly regret getting a 64Gb SSD. Speaking from experience.

@MME1122
I'm on my phone right now so I cannot quote but I do plan on getting a second 690 so would a 1000 be enough?
I don't care for my motherboard but I just want the best one got my money.
I also found a 2tb 7200rpm Western Digital Green 64mb cache in my budget that I might buy.
I will switch to that samsung ram since is faster.
I like the razer mamba style mouse.

I have that same caviar green drive that you're thinking about. I like it and havent had a problem with it. mmmmmm sexy 690. A decent motherboard, well lets see you could go asus maximus v gene, or wait till the formula and extreme is released for z77.
