I'm a little confused, where is this $4000 price tag coming from? A top of the line z77 with top graphics shouldn't be much more than $1500 + water cooling parts.

sorry i need to redo the totals. with the first setup i had it totalled around right under 4k wc all of the 2011 stuff and mobo ram etc. ill update soon.

As for your water loop, I would suggest running your ram/mobo blocks in parallel in a single-loop series with cpu and gpu so the ram/mobo blocks don't restrict flow. The ram and mobo blocks don't have much need for fast heat removal, so the lower flow per block won't make much (if any) difference.

cpu -> Y -> mobo & ram -> Y -> gpu

The water coming from the cpu block would go to both the ram and motherboard blocks at the same time, then come back together to go through the gpu block. If there is a large difference in pressure drop between the ram and motherboard blocks, though, this would not work.
