This to to an extent. They made mobs easier past act 1 besides bosses which they slightly buffed. They increased drops rates on all difficulty's but they seriously nerfed IAS which a lot of people stacked the crap out of. It was a 50% nerf which is a little higher then I expected, was thinking 20%-40% so people who pretty much stacked IAS lost a lot of dmg. IMO IAS needed to be nerfed as it was by far the most heavily weighted stat for dmg, they might have slightly over nerfed though, haven't had the chance to play yet.
