It is possible but not playable. Probably 15 fps average

Well im not trolling because i said i can run it on ultra with around 25-30 fps ON 1600x900 res , which is the max unfortunately for my monitor

30 fps is pretty good and theirs a difference betweeen resolution and ultra settings. I play on 1600x900 with ultra graphical settings.

The HD3850's closest competitor on the new ATI cards would be an HD6570
that willl give you a good idea on how much faster the 7750 is.

What cpu will you be using with it?

Uh, yes it does. Ultra on 800x600 would be much less demanding than ultra on 2560x1600.
