I'll get the barebone + videocard, for better performance my only concerned was the mobo & ram with the bundle i want a mobo with a vrm heatsink & a ram of 1600 speed not 1333 oh well i think this was the catch that's why they are selling it as bundle, i hope you can wait for other helpers , to come up with a more assessment & a sim~build for your budget. redface.gif

You can get the 7850 from Newegg for $250, so it will be better than both builds.
Fair enough on the 7850. Don't know which model you would prefer but if it were me... MSI R7850 Twin Frozr 2GD5/OC Radeon HD 7850 Video Card -2048MB, GDDR5, PCI-Express 3.0 (x16), 1x Dual-Link DVI, 2x Mini DisplayPorts, 1x HDMI, DirectX 11, Dual-Slot, Eyefinity 6 Item#: M452-7870 | Model#: R7850 Twin Frozr 2GD5/OC. 269.99@ tigerdirect.com or wherever you can find it cheaper

Don't ever get barebones kits, they are crap, and FX 4100's are also crap, don't invest in them. For the budget($700-$800) an i5 is a not the way to go, either go i3 or PII x4. An i5 is wasteful and you will see improved frame rate from a better GPU.
PII x4 w/ 7950 (Click to show)
PCPartPicker part list

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($108.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($22.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($79.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Samsung 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($46.99 @ Microcenter)
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($64.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card ($377.55 @ Newegg)
Case: NZXT Gamma Classic (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($35.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Rosewill 530W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($54.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $792.48
(Prices include shipping and discounts when available.)
Also, you might be able to get the 965 cheaper from superbiz. I am not sure if the offer is still valid
And if you don't mind a refurb CPU cooler, 212 EVO at Geeks
