I Got a got a new mobo ( GA-990FXA-UD3, last one died when i changing ram, short circuit) and 2 Sticks of KHX1333CC7D3K2/4G and one of KHX1600C9D3/4G

Will they work together or damage the mobo?

That depends.... try it.

I don't recommend it, given if it does work there may be a difficult configuration session preceding.  RAM kits mixed should have the same frequency, timings and voltage.  You ideally also want to stick to a 2 or 4 DIMM setup to ensure dual channel operation and 2 DIMM setup to allow for better IMC stability (depending on processor revision).  You might never end up actually needing to use 8GB RAM (like a huge majority of computer users) but lose performance as a result of the single channel config and OS optimization to eat RAM regardless of channelling.
