Help me pick a 2nd GPU to run a 3rd monitor

Getting my rig optimized and am not loving the graphics on my 3rd monitor (running off integrated intel 3000 graphics on the mobo). I don't need it for gaming... I just want everything on it to look better... right now text is really blurry compared to the other two running off the 570.

Cheaper = better
Cooler running = better
Quieter = better
BUT it has to be an improvement over the iGPU

Will something like this do the job?
