CM Storm Scout is about the same size as the Vulcan. Just sayin.

Otherwise, Lian Li/Silverstone mATX + billet aluminum carry handle.

Ehh I owned a CM Storm Scout before I went to the Vulcan. It's 20" tall so it's a little bigger than the Vulcan when the Vulcan's handle is attached, however it's definitely much heavier than the Vulcan. Also the HDD bays are fixed/not removable, which can be an issue for extra large graphics cards.

I know seeing as I own one and the other (the RS-4) is very similar to the CM Scout.

However, you have very limited choices, trust me I went through the same search for a case with a handle for months. I had a vulcan for awhile and liked it though.
