I didn't add a keyboard/mouse since I don't know much about them. These parts should be decent and you can get a really good deal by shopping at Microcenter on the motherboard/CPU.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($189.99 @ Microcenter)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($35.98 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($134.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Samsung 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($46.99 @ Microcenter)
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Hard Drive: Crucial M4 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($118.99 @ eCost)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB Video Card ($204.37 @ NCIX US)
Case: NZXT Phantom (White/Red) ATX Full Tower Case ($109.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($149.99 @ Amazon)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($21.98 @ Newegg)

With a nicer video card:

Okay awesome! I already have a keyboard/mouse/headset/monitors, as well as win 7 64bit edition, so that isn't really a problem at all.

One thing i suppose if you could add is perhaps a wireless card. I won't be able to play wired all the time, so.
I can't recommend any wifi cards but if you can free up $100 you could upgrade your motherboard and get one that comes with a wireless card. lol.

Took off the OS and added motherboard with wifi (I haven't had any problems with this one)

You could also go with a Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H. You should def stick with a Z77 board so you can get the benefits of pcie3.

Okay cool. I do really like that case, however, people are saying its beyond huge. I was curious if a case like this would work as well?

Yeah, the case is really up to you. Full towers run large.. Ratings like that and you like how it looks then go for it. I personally like cases that look like fancy fridges.

Okay I guess I'm just new to it and want to make sure the PSU and everything will fit in their comfortably, with good cable management.

Also, anything you'd recommend as far as learning how to assemble it? Any youtube videos come to mind?

Also, sorry to double post..

But i was reading about that SSD, and it says its 2.5 and doesnt come with 3.5 case.. How do i go about this to install it into the case?
You basically just follow the directions for the different components. A big case with good cable management features will make wiring REALLY easy, a big reason I went with the NZXT Switch 810 but that should still be easily doable for a midtower.

Maybe this video might be helpful if you are really lost: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFkykETgkoo. It's always good to have a knowledgeable friend help you the first time. Installing/connecting things to the motherboard will be the most difficult part. Just follow through the directions but remember on the P8Z77-V Pro to INSTALL THE WIRELESS CARD before your put it into the case.. for some reason that direction was out of order and I had to take the motherboard out of the computer and redo it.

To install the SSD I just bought velcro strips with a sticky side and mounted it right beneath a wiring grommet- makes for a really clean install, but you could just velcro it to any free space rather than buying a 3.5" bay to 2.5" by converter.

Looking real good. I assume that's the HX750, There are cheaper options without the sacrifice of quality. Also, excuse me if I might have missed it but do you ever plan on SLI? We can drop that PSU down to a good 500w easily if you don't. If you do want to stick at a 750w,
The HALE90 750 for $130 is a hell of a deal (superior to the HX750)

I just tape my SSD in thumb.gif

That's the AX750, which is fully modular. That pretty much means you can plug in the cables you need and helps a bit with wire management. He could get the HX750 for $130 from Newegg after rebates.
