I've got two 6870s in Crossfire mode, and I've been doing some overclocking. Now, what I do is go into Kombuster on the hightest settings. Every 10 minutes, I increase the clock exactly 10MHz. I'll get to 960 or 970, and then keep it running for about 20 or more minutes, and it seems stable! Cool, I've overclocked.
So, I exit Kombuster and just browse on the Internet. Nothing hardware intensive. Then suddently, blue screen. Drive crashes.
I don't get it, wasn't the OC stable? I ran both GPUs on Kombuster @ 960 for like 20-30 minutes. Why'd it crash? Any ideas?
