but right now I need a better desk/chair and I have problems with my hands/elbows so I don't need a overclock right now. The only time I actually overclock is when it is winter or when I need it but I mean my GPU is SC or superclocked already do I don't see a point in OCing right now... but I had a 4.5ghz overclock in my settings because I tried it once and it was nice.
95°F is still a low temp; it's only 35°C.

Anyway, with the money invested in all these parts, you almost owe it to yourself to shoot for at least 4.7 GHz. I mean damn, you have the ASUS P8P67
Deluxe, the i5-2500K, the HAF 932, the Zaward Vapor 120, the G.SKILL Ripjaws, and a PSU that's built for overclocking. Not overclocking this system is almost a sin.

Aw.
I'm just glad that I had this privilege to help you. However, I owe this knowledge to OCN. Specifically, I owe it to this thread:
http://www.overclock.net/t/1012874/the-official-asus-p8p67-p8z68-p8z68-gen3-series-owners-club/0_100
Without that thread, I never would have figured this out. Actually, I figured it out by dealing with this problem myself. I was watching a YouTube video, it ended, I went to the bathroom, I came back, and my system was locked up. So I immediately asked about it in that thread, and that's when I learned about this C3 and C6 thing.
I love OCN.
