I was recently looking on Newegg for a gaming keuboard. I was going to get the Logitech g510 until I found out it was not mechinal. I also really like the Razer keyboards but those only glow blue, and I need one that glows red. I found some other ones but I want one that also has macros and looks cool, in red. Any suggestions?

I haven't seen any mechanical keyboard with red LEDs and macro keys. Even if it did exist, it wouldn't come in under $100 new.
You need to figure out the kind of mechanical switch you want before anything else. That's the most important part. It isn't just mechanical or not mechanical.

I don't think you understand how varied the switches are. If looking at noise alone, the keys can go from virtually silent to extremely noisy.
Again, you really need to look at what you're buying here. It does matter.

Cooler Master Storm Trigger is a mechanical keyboard with red back-lightning and macro keys, although its a bit over 100$.

Btw, don't ignore membrane keyboards just because "they are not mechanical", if you never tried mech keyboards before and all you do is play games. I've tried a lot of keyboards over the years, including BWU (currently using my old G11, going to buy Storm Trigger soon) and I can honestly say that membrane keyboards are not nearly as bad for gaming as some people are saying.
Heavy typing or high APM RTSs like SC are a different matter, but for normal everyday gaming (FPSs, third person RPG/MMOs) a good membrane keyboard with a lot of fun bonus features is still a very valid choice.

Also as others have said, look into the switches..... there is a huge difference in feel and noise between them.
