Hey OCN,
I've recently discovered Offset overclocking through Raja@ASUS guide. Now I can get a stable 4.5 GHz with a VCore load of 1.392 with an offset of + 0.05, with load temps of mid 60's. I don't know if its worth overclocking to 4.8 - 5GHz. If someone has an input that would be good. I think 1.392 is a little high for 4.5GHz but I'm not too sure.
Temps after 12 hours of Prime95.
70c / 66c / 64c / 64c / 65c / 66c
I think that's alright for 100% load after 12 hours of Prime95 @ 4.5GHz.
If I overclock it to 4.8GHz or 5 GHz I don't know how offset really works. I don't REALLY understand how to increase the VCore to get it at a stable 4.8GHz. Do I just keep adjusting the Offset +0.05 each time until I get it stable OR is there more settings I have to change for that.
My specs are down in the "My Rig" field.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you
