thinking of selling current monitor and skipping 120hz. 3x 27inch catleap worth it?

so i'm planning to buy 3x 27inch catleap with one monitor being for gaming while the rest will be for coding, graphic designing and stuff, =) more space to work with. I'm not sure which gpu im going to upgrade to but i'm assuming 2x 7970, or a 7990 should be efficient to run those @ 2560x1440.
