Looking for an appraisal on my sig rig. I'd like to sell it whole on Craigslist but if that can't happen I suppose I can do a part out. I know it's not much at this point, which is exactly why I'm looking to replace it with a nice laptop.

You simply cannot compare a 775 piece of hardware to a 1155 when appraising items.
That's why Q9550's still sell for around 150$, even here, even though there are obviously better alternatives (it's a 75$ chip performance wise, just like Phenom IIs, but other factors should be taken into account). The reason for that is that some people still have 775 boards, and want to upgrade their older processor. Also, don't forget that this is OCN, these 775 processors are still wanted by users that want to overclock them or bench using them. Thus, 65$ is reasonable for it.
I'm not sure what did you mean in your RAM statement, but I'm positive that 15$ for that RAM is fair, I bought my Ballistix 2x1GB a while ago for that price.
