Does anyone know if this board has the on board raid support? it does not say in the description on newegg or the asus site,it seems odd to me that they would leave it out of the description I thought that the amd sb had it built in

EDIT: it does support raid sorry

I realize this thread is kind of old, but here's a review on the Asus M5A99FX Pro 2.0 from Nov. 13th 2012:

http://www.hitechlegion.com/reviews/motherboards/31671-asus-m5a99fxpro-r2?showall=&limitstart=

Apparently, they really liked its overclocking capabilities and stability and gave it a "Gold" award.

After browsing the Vishera overclocking forums here on overclock.net and reading this review, I'm going to buy one today, as a matter of fact. Seems like a way to get Asus Sabretooth 2.0 quality and stability for $35 less if you're only ever going to do 2 graphics card crossfire/SLI, which is me. I consider more than 2 graphics cards to be a waste anyhow, since there is such a diminishing return after 2 cards. I'm going to put another 7950 card in and crossfire.
