Gotcha, haven't decided if I will be yet. Do you think the RASA kit should be good enough for an OC 3700k and the 670?
Just make sure your order the RX 360 version as that uses the thicker rad. Make sure you have enough space though as the rad is nearly double or more than double the thickness of the RS version.
No saying you are incorrect, but based on what? The best clock speeds I've seen achieved on a 670 was a gigabyte, which also uses 680 pcb (which I believe is the big draw for the FTW)
IMHO it depends on what perspective you're looking at. The gigabyte (at stock) has superior cooling as it uses a custom cooler while the EVGA FTW uses a stock cooler. However warranty and support I've experienced some of the best support from EVGA while for Gigabyte I've heard up to 1 month delays for RMAs etc. Both cards uses ref 680 PCBs, but the gigabyte PCB is blue and the Evga one is black, which again makes no difference between both cards but aesthetically thats up to you.

hope that helps you out

right now if you can afford to wait; I would as the MSI GTX 670 Power Edition looks very promising if they can actually release an updated version of Afterburner as a MSI rep has said it'll let you OV up to 1.3v
