Exploits are not part of the game. Well, they are but they're not legit.

I watched his stream for a few days leading up to the kill. I don't really get all the hate for using exploits since it is up to blizzard to have a bug-free game (8 years, really!?) and up to gamers to create work-arounds in the game mechanics. Also they got all their gear legitly and didn't have everything gifted to them a-la Athene, which I think deserves some extra cred. Finally, having watched them quite extensively it is clear how much work they put into the game to get to that point and how much skill they needed to complete the battle. Whatever else you wanna say, they definitely deserve the achievement.

Well who cares about how he leveled when there is a cap that you hit by the time you get into inferno. The game isn't challenging until inferno for a good wealthy player.

Thought I'd just fix that for you there

Sure, it's not the gamer's fault for exploiting his way through the game, but he didn't really finish it, either. When someone cheats/exploits on FPS games they're banned or kicked. This is for a reason.

Patch Notes 1.02b Patch 8

In cooperative games, monster damage will no longer increase when additional players join the game. Please note that monster health will still scale based on the number of players in a party

Yeah exactly , they have no idea how much work it is to get there in HC. They are very skilled players , anyone who says otherwise is an idiot.

Well , for example I remember watching Kripp taking down Azmodan alone , couple secs before killing him Krippi joined the game ( Kripp said it would be safer to take down Azmodan alone ) so he could keep playing with Kripp.. so I'm not too sure if he deserves the 'same' credits.

It doesnt take skill. This game doesnt take skill. Skipping everything and only killing bosses isnt skill. All you have to do is be careful and scout properly.

I assume the reason why the mage didnt join for azmodan is because he will randomly charge after a certain amount of time which would instagib him, and the venom hydra would break all the pillars down so there wouldnt really be a safe spot. Also a melee character can sit under Azmodan and avoid his main 3 strike attack so the warrior/monk can never die with simple positioning. Also enchantress follower is always helpful for armor buffs.

I didnt watch any of this because I dont care but I heard that versus diablo venom hydra was used for the main damage, as they kited around. Now this makes me think that if you took a look at the dps charts of the fights the mage would have been doing the vast majority of the damage not even counting that the warrior is prob super defensive.

lol...people are being ridiculous. Everyone was on the same playing field, so yes...it is impressive.

This is like people that think if (lol, if), Lance Armstrong took PED's, then he wasn't really the best and should have his titles stripped. Which completely ignores the fact that every single racer in the field was using PED's. So, he won on an even playing field and was still the best in the world during those Tours.
