BLAST Caffeine Powder ?!?!

Blast Caffeine Powder?!?

Has anyone tried this stuff yet? Blast Caffeine Powder. This stuff is AWESOME thumb.gif, if I do say so myself. - Blast has been designed to hold as much caffeine as 125 energy drinks and fits in the watch pocket of your jeans, in your shirt pocket, or in the waistband of your running shorts. Users have sent photos showing Blast in their socks and in the folds of a ski hat. Marines keep Blast tucked in their jacket pockets on patrol.

Wow, and only $11.99.

I've been taking one 5-hour Energy every single day the moment I wake up for a couple of years now (I'm mentally addicted to waking up that fast - I love it). Unfortunately, that's about $5 for two bottles. This pack is claiming to be the equivalent of 125 energy drinks, and it only costs $11.99!

Hmm.... I might order one unless I can find this at a local store!

That is what sold me, when I read about the cost vs drinks, I thought about all the cash I wasted. This stuff is good IMHO because you can put it in ANYTHING! I put it in everything from plain water to my Mountain Dew.

Have you ever tried it dry? If so, then how is it? If not, then can you try it dry for me just once?

I used to drink two as soon as I woke up, and then one more 12 hours later. I did that every single day for nearly a year, and I could easily stay up for 24 hours or more ever day. Back then, I loved it because I was still playing video games.

Then I recently gradually cut back so that I was only drinking 1 per day. I did it by first taking only half of that third 5-hour Energy. The other half was reserved for the third one of the next day. After that, I cut out the third one entirely. To my surprise, that didn't bother me, so I stayed with just two 5-hour Energy shots as soon as I woke up without ever taking a third one 12 hours later.

Eventually, I decided to bring it down to just 1 per day. So I began drinking 1½ everyday for a few days. Eventually, I cut out the half bottle and the result is where I'm at today: 1 per day and that's it.

I tried quitting altogether, but it turns out that I almost need that one lonely shot. So, it continues to be my "wake-up juice". smile.gif

During the entire time that I was taking 3 every day, I was tempted every single day to switch to the Extra Strength, but I was already not feeling too happy about being addicted to 3 per day. I didn't want to make matters worse and go deeper into my 5-hour Energy addiction!

In other words, I have a feeling that maybe you don't need the 5-hour Energy as much as you think you do. I mean, maybe you only need 1 of the regular ones, or 1½ maybe. If you ever find that you're tired of depending on them, then give it a shot! No pun intended, although I like it.

I have tried it "dry", it isn't terrible like you would think, but I do highly recommend a chaser!

Why not just buy caffeine pills at that point.
