On another note, I was addicted to Monster and Mountain Dew a couple years ago. To the point of buying two 2-liter Mountain Dew and 5 large cans on Monster. They would be gone in two days. Wasn't the best idea considering heart problems run in the family. I quit cold turkey (the pain from all the migraines). The most caffeine I consume now, is a tea or soda pop once in a while. Though all that is probably the reason why I have Insomnia. (caffeine overuse connected to insomnia?) -- http://www.the-sleep-guide.com/caffeine-and-insomnia.html -- Seems like it.
