Replacing MSI K8N Neo4-FI northbridge fan

Thread Starter
My northbridge fan started making annoying noise and I want to replace it. The problem is that there is a graphics card right next to it. I would like to ask is it possible to install Zalman passive heatsink ZM-NB47J by cutting some fins.
If not is there some small cheap low noise solution which would fit. The distance between the cards component and motherboard is ~1.5cm.

If the ZM-NB47J is too large than get a Zalman ZM-NB32K or ZM-NB32J ...

All the Zalman heatsinks don't really fit because I have one or two components on my graphics card that don't let me install them. I was just thinking if it would be possible to install it be cutting it a little. I would buy a active cooler if I could find one in finnish online stores or in some store that ships to Finland and accepts 'verified by visa' payment.
