All Games Just Started Lagging

This morning, I was running Just Cause 2 on max settings just fine. Then this afternoon, I noticed extreme FPS lag, even on the lowest settings, and it appeared there was some sort of ENB-ish thing going on. The same thing happened with ARMA II. Here are some screenshots. I just got ARMA II today, but I'm guessing the game isnt this dark and has this much bloom by default.

I've been running an Avast virus scan for an hour now (seems kind of long?) and its at 49% and hasnt found anything. I'm going to bed now so I'll check that in the morning, along with a Malwarebytes run. The windows install is 2 days old, so these are really the only games I have installed now.

Also, CPU temps aren't exceding 50C, and GPU aren't exceeding 65.

All drivers are up to date. I'm only going to reinstall windows at a last resort.

Hmm are you having problems with any other games? Arma 2 is very hard to run well at high settings. Your semi-dated pc would struggle under normal circumstances if your playing above medium settings (I'm assuming this is the sig rig and your using a single GPU).

Just Cause 2 was lagging as well as stated in the first post. I ran Malwarebytes and found an infected file and removed it, and ARMA II OA is running just fine on Very High settings. I'll try JC2 now.
