Hey guys, my OCZ Fatal1ty 750w PSU has both a 4+4 pin CPU power plug and an 8 pin CPU power plug. Which one do I use?

yup, use either one. They are probably wired to the same spot inside the PSU.
Odd that is has both, it is usually 4 pin ATX and 8 pin EPS or a single 4+4 EPS.

The graphics card 8-pin is completely different than the 8-pin for CPU power.
And most decent power supplies have both 4+4 pin and 8 pin connectors because some high end boards actually have BOTH 4 and 8 pin connectors on them. Some even have two 8-pin connectors on the motherboard.
