Thermal compound hasn't changed since 2011, check this link.

I'm using PK-1, coming from AS5, the difference is night and day.

I applied AS5 to my 6970 Lightning perfectly, running dual monitors and idling around ~56°C and when I decided to reapply thermal paste on my 6970 idle temps dropped by 6°C ~ 8°C and max temps dropped by 16°C, that's insane.
