Windows 7 doesn't show overclocked speed (Is this normal?)

Thread Starter
I have overclocked my core i7 3820 by increasing my multiplier to 43 and keeping my BCLK at 100. CPU-Z shows my core speed as 4300MHz with a BCLK of 100 with a multiplier of 43. When I go to system information in on my computer, it still shows my processor speed as being 3.60GHz. NovaBench also does the exact same thing. I have my cpu on an Asus Sabertooth X9 mobo
