It takes a bit of practice to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to work with. The first time I cut acrylic with jigsaw it got all cracked edges because I didn't have good enough support.

If you got access to a router table or a table saw you can make really nice clean edges, but it's not really needed. You can do a lot of cleanup with some files.

Nah, not there yet biggrin.gif ... but I'm in a hurry to get all the pieces cut out as I'll move to a new place next month, so it will take some time before I can get everything set up again. If I have all the pieces, all I need is glue, paint etc.
