I have a lens chip in my stock Canon EOS digital rebel 300D lens, and whenever I take a photo with a very small aperture, f/18-22, I notice the left side of the photo has ghosting and when I zoom in and out, the ghosting moves from top left to bottom left.
Examples:
I aimed at the sun and took a photo. The sun is on the right side, the glare/ghosting is the left.
F stop 5.6

F 36
Notice it gets much more noticeable

Tried with a different lens, no glare nor any ghosting, no problemos.
Here is the lens chip

NO IT IS NOT A WATER DROP.
So I suppose IT IS the lens right? I take normal photos of family and whatnot, it is not noticeable, but taking pics of strong lights and very small apertures, it can get rather annoying.
