Ocing 3930k, new build

Thread Starter
Hey guys, just built a new pc with a 3930k and currently have it oced to 4.6ghz on 1.355v. I ran the prime95 blend test and the temps stayed at around 68-73 depending on the core. After about 10-15 minutes, the temps skyrocketed. Not exactly sure why, maybe a new phase in the testing. Here's the bios settings I currently have. Not sure if there's anything i'm missing or needed to alter.

I noticed nobody asked the obvious question.... What CPU cooler are you using?

H100, I've reapplied it about 3 times and even replaced the cooler.
What kind of temps are we talking about? H100 should be able to handle it at 4.6 but it is a hot chip.

Well when I ran the test, it stayed at around 68-72. After a while, it got up to 85-87. I checked prime95 and a new loop in testing started so I'm assuming that's what caused it.
