I think it is F11 to take a screenshot whilst running Heaven.
Then the SS is saved in the Unigine install directory.
Print screen feature does not work in any game. it will always just give you a black screen. That's why Heaven has a special button for print screens. Other games require 3rd pary applications such as MSI AB or FRAPS.

Its a windows areo problem, if you disable windows areo it will work with printscreen, there is the same problem with league of legends or other fullscreen games.

If you have Afterburner installed and set up AB to do SS, it will change to the public folder under your pictures library folder. C:\Users\Public\Pictures\Screenshots
