Memory bandwidth is not a concern. GDDR6 will be debuting before a 512 bit bus in necessary, and stacked memory is another solution that is likely to show up soon.

every other rumor seams to point to a GK104 core......not a garbage GK110 or dumbed down one either. truth is, we wont know until paper launch which wont be in 2013. OF COURSE IT WILL BE OUT BEFORE THEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! every 2 months a new series comes out. july should be the month for which it will rear its ugly head.

does this help at all?
GK110 for a 660 wouldn't make sense, they'd have to disable literally half the chip in order for it to have fewer cores than a 680/670.
