Hey guys,

I have a Creative I/O wifi adapter that I'm using for my P4 machine with Windows XP installed

It recognizes the usb and the drivers are installed and everything, but the utility keeps disconnecting the dongle every 2 minutes.

The model I have is RTL8187. Thank you for your help

Is there some software utilities on the manufactor website to set up the connection through their software. Either that, or you can just update the drivers for the USB.

I don't think it's a real Creative made dongle though

I installed the utility as well.
