Can't uninstall WinRar?

Hey guys, first of all I apologize if this is in the wrong forum but I really didn't know where else to ask this.

I have no use for WinRar anymore, so i'm trying to delete it.

When I go to uninstall, I get an error message that says "Cannot open list file Uninstall.Ist"

Can anyone please tell me why this is happening and lead me in the right direction as to going about deleteing WinRar?

Im using Windows 7 Home Premium if that makes any difference. I would really appreciate the help, i'm so lost here.

Try installing Winrar again in the same location, then uninstall it again.
