Hey,

I was wondering if there was ever any voltmod for a BFG Geforce GTS 250 1GB? I currently own one, and I need to get some more clocks out of this. Its going to have to hold me over, and I need some more FPS for BF3. Thanks!

Wouldn't suggest unless you are capable of soldering small smd resistors, about the size of pin head

Softmod will get you to 1.212v. I think that's the best for gaming. More will just give you heat, shortened the cards life and not much more clocks.
+ softmod is easy. You just need GPU-Z, NiBiTor and nvflash. The rest is pretty much straight forward.

Softmods don't always change anything, you can edit the bios all you like but would need a multimeter to see if anything actually changes. Generally pre-fermi nvidia cards have no software voltages (a few do, but few & far between) & the gts 250 is a rebranded 9 series, none of those had any softmods that worked.
