I have a PC in for repair which has a faulty AMD X2 3700+ CPU and i have managed to find some spares...Amungst these I have a AMD Opteron 180 2.41ghz 939 socket CPU. I was going to throw it in as a cheap replacement when i checked how much they are going for on ebay and my eyes nearly popped out. Most are listed for £40 - £80 and are only found in china! Is this right? Are they really that valuable considering their age?

I dont want to give it away for a cheap repair where i make £10 if its worth much more...ill just stck the AMD X2 3700+ in there and sell the opteron seperatly!!thumb.gif
